When will my order be processed?
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as processing days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit times begin after dispatch: United States 10–25 business days; Canada and Europe 15–40 business days; Australia and New Zealand 15–45 business days; Middle East 20–40 business days. Customs checks, peak-season demand, weather, and carrier disruption can cause delays.
How much is shipping?
Standard international shipping is currently a flat USD 4.99 for eligible destinations. The final available service and charge are shown at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages and can receive more than one tracking number.
Are duties and import taxes included?
Unless checkout states otherwise, destination import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us within 6 hours to request a cancellation and within 24 hours to request an order or address correction. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or fulfillment begins.
What if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy when approved.
