Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WD-Verse website and the purchase of products from WD-Verse. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store.

Store use

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in your location. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and delivery information and to keep account credentials secure. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity, interfere with store security, or introduce malicious code.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary by screen. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product availability, descriptions, prices, promotions, and quantities may change without notice. Any material correction affecting an accepted order will be communicated before fulfillment where reasonably possible.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. WD-Verse may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error, payment failure, sanctions or legal restrictions, or an undeliverable destination. If a paid order is cancelled by WD-Verse, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices and checkout charges are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion or international transaction fees. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and import fees are handled as described at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

Fulfillment, delivery, returns, and refunds

Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped from different locations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms and explain processing, delivery, cancellations, returns, damaged items, and refunds. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual property and third-party services

The store content, branding, text, graphics, and other materials owned or licensed by WD-Verse may not be copied, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law. Links and services supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms, and WD-Verse is not responsible for third-party content outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. WD-Verse does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, WD-Verse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from store use or a purchase where such limitation is lawful.

Changes, severability, and governing rules

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WD-Verse and the customer, including any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in the customer's location.
