Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include processing time:

  • United States: 10–25 business days; many orders arrive in approximately 12–14 business days.
  • Canada and Europe: 15–40 business days.
  • Australia and New Zealand: 15–45 business days.
  • Mexico, Central America, and South America: 20–40 business days.
  • Middle East: 20–40 business days.
  • Other destinations: the available service and estimate are shown at checkout or confirmed by support.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, peak-season demand, severe weather, carrier disruption, and an incomplete or incorrect address can cause delays.

Shipping charges, tracking, and split shipments

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available. A multi-item order may arrive in more than one package and may receive more than one tracking number.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact WD-Verse as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has begun, and extra costs caused by an incorrect address, a refused package, or failure to collect a package may be deducted from any available refund where permitted by law.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or an order has not arrived within 60 days after dispatch, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
